🚫 Don’t do team building.

Yes, I said don’t.

Before you start throwing tomatoes, let me explain. Because you know very well how it goes:
We run from the laser game to the karting seminar,
we laugh a lot…
and the following Monday, everyone goes back to their emails.

Cohesion? 🌬️ Gone like a good memory.

Let’s put a stop to it!

If you really want to bond a team, there’s a much more powerful lever:
👉 Solve a real problem together.
A real challenge.
A real need for ideas.
But… in a different way.

What I create with my teams is nothing like team building.
It’s a living laboratory of collective intelligence,
where creativity is activated,
where habits are reinvented,
where we really talk to each other
where we dare, laugh and create…
and above all: where we move forward.

And then, magic.
The teams emerge:
✨ more united
✨ prouder
✨ more energized
✨ with concrete, ready-to-use ideas
(and not just funny photos on the WhatsApp feed)

Cohesion isn’t about “doing something together”.

It’s about achieving something together.
